The elegant Wilton Lodge Park is well worth exploring with its gardens, mature trees and monuments. There is also a museum with temporary and permanent exhibitions.

There is a war memorial in an art deco style, the figure is ‘Youth’. You can also see memorials to Steve Hislop and Jimmy Guthrie both Scottish motorcycle racers.
