Peebles is a Royal Burgh in the western Scottish Borders popular with visitors it still maintains many interesting privately owned shops on the bustling High Street; to accommodate visitors there are several car parks around the town centre. Apart from the High Street the heart of this town is found by the banks of the River Tweed on the Tweed Green and Hay Lodge Park. These easy access trails allow you to enjoy the exquisite views of the town, the River Tweed and the mature trees in the parkland.
